Micheal is a very dedicated realtor. My personal experience with him was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and he was always available to answer my questions and any concerns I had. We sold a home and bought land and Michael navigated the process with ease.

Full Review: I was in the market to buy a house. I had a realtor for some time but was not completely happy; I felt like I was bothering her, and my money "wasn't enough" to afford a home. I found Michael through a youtube video and decided to contact him. That was the best decision ever. He was terrific all along. He always had my back and best interest in mind. We toured several homes. First time I gave him a list of homes that another realtor told me was unavailable. Magically, they weren't. Michael arranged a tour to see all of them from one day to the next to accommodate my days off. He was looking out for things like materials in the home, the construction company who made the house, foundation issues, etc. He kept an eye out for everything I did not know. We put in an offer that did not go through due to a better offer. He arranged two more tours with 4 to 5 homes each. On the last one, I was giving up on finding a house like that first one and was going to put an offer on another home that wasn't 100% what I wanted. He noticed how I felt without me saying it. He opened the doors to keep looking—never pushing, never trying to go for a fast commission, and never making me feel my budget was insufficient. Throughout the process, I thought he cared and was invested in finding the best home that better fits us. His words, "if you don't see yourselves living and enjoying this home, we keep looking. We will find it". Those words alone made me feel good. Buying a home is super stressful, and he helped alleviate that burden. I would recommend no other than him if you are on the market to buy a home. I got my dream home, closed on that first house I loved, and he is still there if I have any questions. He even contacted me a few weeks later to arrange the repair of a broken item left by a third party. That didn't have anything to do with him yet; he took care of organizing it all for me. He even found me a plumber to do the job!!! Have no words to express how good Michael is.
